How are your designs placed on the mugs?
I use high quality sublimation inks which are printed on mugs using professional equipment. These inks will not fade, crack, peel or rub off..even in the dishwasher and microwave! I DO NOT use vinyl stickers, ever, on my mugs. *Glass Cups are not microwave or dishwasher safe.
How long will it take to get my order?
My current processing time is 1-2 business days. My studio is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. After your order is made, we will ship out via Priority Mail or UPS Ground, which on average takes about 2-5 business days in transit. You will receive a tracking number for it once the item has shipped.
Do you accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges?
Yes! You can cancel your order within an hour of placing it. Just email me at mindy@craftycatmugs.com requesting a cancellation. Returns and/or exchanges are acceptable if you contact me within 7 days of delivery and mail back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be received in the same condition.
